Applications
Follow the approved section and loads for each assembly. These tubes are for non-water structural and fabrication work.
What are lightweight steel tubes?
Lightweight steel tubes are ERW-manufactured sections intended for non-water structural and fabrication work. Supreme publishes black and galvanized options for fencing, railings, scaffolding, frames, and general fabrication.
A steel tube is not selected by weight alone. Confirm the section, outside dimensions, wall, finish, fabrication details, loading, and PNS 2145:2020 requirements named in the approved design.
STRUX is Supreme’s lightweight steel tube brand for non-water fabrication.

Choose black or galvanized finish.
Choose the finish for exposure and fabrication. Plan cutting, welding, drilling, bending and coating repairs.
Choose the section and wall.
The finished assembly determines the right tube. Shape, dimensions, fabrication, exposure, and loading need to be reviewed together.
Compare lightweight steel tube sizes and standards.
Compare PNS 2145:2020 rows from 15 to 100 mm with the ASTM A53/A53M reference from 125 to 300 mm. Ask our technical team for the mass of the 50 mm tube.
